Mission Pictures under the Great Oak

 We  wanted  to get some pictures under the Great Oak on the Rez and cousin Max Cooper came to join.   
Max  is  going to  the Ivory Coast,  but will be  in the  Ghana MTC with Andy for a  few weeks.  We are excited that they will each have family while they are at the  MTC, and  they have promised to get  some pictures together for us.  These two don't know each other very good, but they are a lot a  like and came up with these poses on their own. :)

Took  some  temple pictures  with Andy's  best friends.. Parker Cowley,  Anson Smith,  and  Cooper Durkavich These guys have been  best friends  since  10th grade, and  played  Lacrosse together.    Parker: Equador Anson: Arizona Cooper: El Salvador Andy: Benin,  West Africa And  Aleia  and Elexa  Roundy (Andy's cousins) happen to be  at  the temple this day  so they jumped in on a picture.

Future Benin Missionaries

Through a friend of a friend of a friend we heard about a young man who served in Benin.  Mom got his number and asked if he would come and tell us all about his mission and answer some questions.  We also learned about 2 others who are called to Benin and invited them over.   It was fun to meet them and to hear about Benin.  The RM answered some questions,  but was a little...vague...for example we asked him if he saw any wild animals like giraffes, elephants, etc.  He said, " oh  yeah, we saw a lot of goats and cats.  Some were wild and some weren't."  :)  It was great to meet the other two who will be over there. Future Elders McClure, McKee, and Grass.
