Well I guess ill take the time today to write a decent email for yall 😁you're welcome 

This last week has been good! Working here in Gbegamey has definitely taught me a lot and I've been growing! 

We have some cool friends progressing like a Nigerian mamma who we randomly contacted while buying energy drinks on an exchange and then she pulled up to church. Shout out to energy drinks pushing God's work forward! 

A crippled man names Charles and his daughter. Charles was into voodoo a few years ago and then got in a bad motorcycle accident and burned most of his left side, broke both legs and destroyed his hand...all through that he said he knew God had saved him and that voodoo didn't do anything to help him! Hes a great dude and has been loving the lessons and always have 5...or 30 minute yap about how voodoo just made him drunk but God saved him

A man named yannick, super cool finding him, I talked alittle about him last week but it was super cool finding him in a small appartment building which... usually we cant get into... and he even said he saw the missionaries at his dad's house a few time but always denied them but he said something pushed him to listen to us and read the book of mormon, but he is going through a very hard time and has 2 wives, which he said he even feels bad about and wants to fix it. 

And finally Marie grace, we found her through her inactive sister and both have been making steps to progress and its been cool teaching a new friend but an old member at the same time!

Funny story

We went to see a few friends this week and a group of people stopped us to ask if we were johovah witnesses we said no and they asked who we were and as we were introducing our selfs and I said I was from america, the father (who was very high on weed) asked if I knew Jazz...i thought he was talking about the basketball team...then he walked away before I responded and came back with a trumpet and started playing some tunes, it was so lit, he played a little we made out contact then as we were leaving he kept playing and his son joined on the guitar. It was actually super good they were cool people...first time ive seen a high dad play a trumpet though, he also started doing a Louis Armstrong impression and asked if I had met him. 

Its weird to be saying this but we got transfer calls and im staying here for a second one which means Gbegamey will be the last sector of my mission, and elder Opare will be my last comp! Crazy to think about that. 

GO LISTEN TO CONFRENCE TALKS! they are so good and dont say you have the time, i know you listen to music every day! Just pop on a conference talks or two, they are very therapeutic
