MY WEEK

First full week in Gbegamey down! Let's tell some stories...


First off, we had a  crazy follower 

We crossed the road, and I guess got to close to this guys hidie hole and he wanted to make a hunt so he followed us for 20 MINUTES! We would stop to see if he would keep going...he stopped on the other side of the road staring at us...we would walk and he was on the move. So, we just stopped by a boutique and started at him and the mommas there joined us and then he giggled to himself and left...

Second off, late night food run 
It was Wednesday night and we were all hungry so as an appartment we decided to go eat at the restaurant kind food, good food, on the way back we got lost and almost got stuck and ended up getting home around 11 pm! But it was good. Good memories made and our stomachs were full. 

Thats all i got energy to write heres bullet points 
- had a lit exchange with Elder Ike Ake! 
- found some cool people 
- walked a lot 
- its hard talking to inactive members (got any tips hit me up) 
- a womens pagne wrap came undone while talking to her, she didnt seen to notice...we did...

Side note: who ever has been telling me i have to many pagne ties is wrong i have 168 and more to come...everyone is gonna be looking nice at my homecoming

Andy's call came on Tuesday! Because of lacrosse every evening and wanting his brothers and sisters, and all his friends over, he wanted until Sunday.  It's been sitting on our mantle in an envelope.  When Andy was 8, and in cub scouts, he did a time capsule to open with he got his mission call.  He opened it at dinner, and it was so fun to look thru  all the pictures he put in there, and the other treasures that 8 year old Andy thought were important.

 Andy met with the Stake President, President Averett, tonight.  And then we were able to meet with them and Andy pushed the submit button.  EEKKK....a little bit of tears from mom, and excitement all  around.  The wait has been about 8-20 days....so now we wait.  So proud of Andy and his desire to serve and represent our Heavenly  Father.

Native Powers

Hey y’all, This week was great! Lots of things happened…unfortunately, I'm short on time.  This week in our group in Sakete we are finally having progression and seeing miracles happen! We may be able to put a whole family on date for baptism! Please pray for them!  It rained alot and I used my "native powers" to call the rain coming...freaked out one of the missionaries in our apartment  Bought some really cool paigne to make many things.  Had zone conference and it was super cool, inspiring and helped me to improve my charity and virtue so that's good! Had some amazing formations and very interactive, plus a good sandwich at the end...and I recieved a package from my parents with beef Jerky in it and it was delicious!  Okay, that's all this week!  Love you all.
