Big Nose, Small Nose

Hey y’all,  another good week here for the email! 

I started teasing some members cause Africans noses are small and kinda seemed smashed in and I don't even know how they can breath or smell through it, now they are making fun of my big nose and saying they will hit me and make mine smashed like theirs 😂 
A few days after that conversation I was talking to the same member and she asked if I have hunted and fished my whole life so I sent her a Pic of me and my dad with some fish when I was like 7 or 8 and she said "even when you were a kid your nose was huge!!" 😂😂 

We had zone conference and it went pretty good, gave a good presentation and learned a lot, and ate some DELICIOUS pizza. 

I tell everyone I'm from Togo and that I'm Togoleas now and at church I wore an American tie for the first time in a while and a member came up to me and asked if I wanted to be American again since I wore that tie. I said "I'm an Togoleas in disguise" 

This week was pretty good, not much more to update on! Mission split is coming up and should be finding out if I'm staying here inTogo or moving back to Benin for a few months!

Andy's call came on Tuesday! Because of lacrosse every evening and wanting his brothers and sisters, and all his friends over, he wanted until Sunday.  It's been sitting on our mantle in an envelope.  When Andy was 8, and in cub scouts, he did a time capsule to open with he got his mission call.  He opened it at dinner, and it was so fun to look thru  all the pictures he put in there, and the other treasures that 8 year old Andy thought were important.

 Andy met with the Stake President, President Averett, tonight.  And then we were able to meet with them and Andy pushed the submit button.  EEKKK....a little bit of tears from mom, and excitement all  around.  The wait has been about 8-20 days....so now we wait.  So proud of Andy and his desire to serve and represent our Heavenly  Father.

Native Powers

Hey y’all, This week was great! Lots of things happened…unfortunately, I'm short on time.  This week in our group in Sakete we are finally having progression and seeing miracles happen! We may be able to put a whole family on date for baptism! Please pray for them!  It rained alot and I used my "native powers" to call the rain coming...freaked out one of the missionaries in our apartment  Bought some really cool paigne to make many things.  Had zone conference and it was super cool, inspiring and helped me to improve my charity and virtue so that's good! Had some amazing formations and very interactive, plus a good sandwich at the end...and I recieved a package from my parents with beef Jerky in it and it was delicious!  Okay, that's all this week!  Love you all.
